Sega Total Solutions Installs Cashless into Gravity Max, Liverpool

SEGA Total Solutions (STS) in collaboration with Funbox Entertainment, is excited to announce the successful installation of the Sacoa cashless system at the new flagship Gravity Max site in Liverpool One. The old Debenham retail building has been transformed into a state-of-the-art Family Entertainment Megaplex, spanning over 100,000 sq ft and can accommodate up to 2,500 customers. The arcade area boasts an impressive line-up of the latest and greatest games, all powered by the world-leading cashless system provider Sacoa. The system comprises eight self-service kiosks and 180 RFID card readers, offering players a seamless and hassle-free experience.

The arcade is 100% unattended, with players buying and recharging their play cards at any of the eight kiosks. They can then redeem their e-tickets at five strategically located self-dispensing redemption prize machines within the game room. Winners can also redeem online through a revolutionary app, resulting in significant savings on operating costs. This marks the first major location where STS have installed the Sacoa cashless system, with more installations planned later in the year.
