The bacta Summer Ball is taking place at the Marriott Forest of Arden Country Club in the Midlands on Friday 30th June 2023.
There are still a few tables left, according to Steve Hawkins, the Chairman of the Charitable Trust and also rooms at the hotel for those wishing to stay over.
“The price for a table of 10 will be £1,500 and they have been selling quite quickly. If you do not require an entire table then please let me know how many tickets you would like as we can accommodate individual places,” says Steve. “We are expecting it to be a great success and to become an annual event going forward.”
Steve added “We have negotiated a special discounted rate for the rooms at £156 for a double room including breakfast. These are limited so please ensure you contact me to reserve your room”.
In order to raise funds for the Charitable Trust during the evening, Steve and team are looking for quality auction prizes. If you have something you could donate – this would be fantastic. For example, use of a holiday home, access to a sporting event or a desirable item.
If you have any questions, would like to contribute to the evening, book places and/or rooms then please contact Steve in the first instance: Steve.Hawkins@essexleisure.co.uk
