Playsafe Has Operator Solutions at EAG 2024

Playsafe Systems, the trusted name in machine and payment management, is looking forward to EAG 2024 with a full suite of solutions for UK operators.

Playsafe will be showcasing its latest version of its Click arcade management system, which boasts an array of new features for 2024. These include full GBG TITO, including true non-cashable cash match TITO tickets, auto email of Collection Reports, RealTime machine data, Cashless integration – Nayax & Payter, Machine Usage data and later this year a new Operators App, allowing users to access data via their phones. This popular system is also the only system that provide a Redemption Management module. For a small monthly fee, Click is helping transform efficiency and keep operators up to date with their performance of every connected machine, in AGC’s/FECs up and down the country.

An exciting new launch at the show will be the new Quantum Portal. The Portal is the latest advancement to the Quantum system and provides operators using Quantum with a new intuitive dashboard & report builder to fully analysis and report on machine data. “Quality data and the ability to analyse and make informed decisions are crucial to businesses in 2024. Quantum users currently have access to large amounts of their own machine data however, they didn’t really have an easy way to access and interrogate this information, now they do!” says Playsafe MD Ian Fuller.

As part of the Quantum V6.3 upgrade, all Customers will receive the Portal as part of the Quantum suite of systems. Fuller continued “The Portal highlights the significant investment Playsafe has made in system upgrades and Portal is set to transform machine data analysis. For those Customers with the latest generation EC4 Data Capture units and GBG Data machines, they will benefit from RealTime data analysis.”

In addition, Playsafe will demonstrate the NRM loyalty integration “We have been working hard on the GBG promo functionality on the PayStation, alongside NRM and other loyalty operators to create a full customer journey,” says Iain Lunt, Sales and Commercial Director. “So when they walk into a venue with their mobile device they can log in at the PayStation, collect the points and when they have enough they will be sent a GBG freeplay  or cash match voucher which can be redeemed at the PayStation. No staff interaction is require and the voucher is non-cashable so the player uses it in venue.”

Other important integration features for PlayStation include OKTO Direct – allowing customers to utilise the leading OKTO wallet feature for cashless payments. In addition, we will be showing the

Promo Lite Loyalty Integration, which means that arcades can easily and effectively maximise the opportunities offered by in-venue loyalty marketing.

Playsafe is also excited to announce that the market-leading PayStation range will be relaunched in 2024 with new branding and new models to be announced soon. Rebranded 8021C and 8026C PayStations created for the gaming and amusement sectors, will be at EAG, designed to accept cashless payments, vend tickets, change or tokens and connect to TITO, Click, Quantum and more. To celebrate this rebranding, visitors to stand B62A will also have the opportunity to participate in a prize draw to win a  top of the range reconditioned 8021C PayStation, worth in excess of £10,000.
